All the tools needed to manage your email accounts can be found here. From creating a new email account to modifying your MX entries.
- Web Mail
Allows you to check your email via your web browser. Select one of the two email interfaces (NeoMail or Horde). Next you need to supply your username and password. Click on the "login" button to check your accounts email.

You can use your web based email client to check your email when you can't use your normal computer. Using any standard web browser type the following for the URL http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail when prompted for a username and password. Type username+yourdomain.com and the password for that email account and you will be logged in.

- Add/Remove accounts
Create and remove new POP3 email accounts. If you have any accounts already created they will be listed with their details. You have the option to delete, read web mail, change disk quota, change password, and use the Outlook Express auto configuration. If you need to create a new account click on the link at the bottom of the page "Add Account".
- Default address
Sets the default email address for all email that comes to an unknown email account. Click on the "Set Default Address" link at the bottom of the page to setup a new address. Next select the domain or sub domain you want. Last put the address you want all unrouted email to be sent to.

This is a great way to block any email that comes to an account that you have not created.
Type the word blackhole to have unrouted email deleted.
Type the word fail to have unrouted email bounced back with message "no such address here".

- Auto-Responders
Create new email auto responders. Click on the "Add AutoResponder" link at the bottom of the page and fillout the form to create a new auto responder for a email account.

Use this feature to send responses for email addresses that you can't check everyday. Setup a message informing the sender that you will reply to their message as soon as possible.

- Email Filtering
Allows you to create new email filters. If you need to test a new filter enter all the information for the test in to text box and click on the "Test Filter" button at the bottom. The results will be displayed on the next page. If you want to create a new filter click on the "Add Filter" link and fillout the information. Once you are complete click on the activate button to activate the new filter.

Having problems with spam/unwanted email. Create a email filter to delete the unwanted email without any special software downloaded to your computer.

- Forwarders
Allows you to create email forwarders. If you have any forwarders already create they will be listed. You can delete them by clicking on the "Delete" button. To create a new one click on the "Add Forwarder" link at the bottom of the page. Fillout the form and click on the "Add Forwarder" button to create the new forwarder.

Need to create multiple email address but don't want to have to check them all. Create email forwarders to forward email from one address to another.

- List
Manage your email lists. If you have any email list already created they will be listed. To delete a email list click on the "Delete" button. If you need to modify one click on the "Modify" button. To create a new email list click on the "Add List" at the bottom of the page. Fillout the form and click on the "Create" button to create the new email list.
- Spam Assassin
Enable or disable Spam Assassin for your email accounts. Enable Spam Assassin by clicking on the "Enable Spam Assassin" button. Once you do that if you like to have all the email marked by Spam Assassin delivered to a separate box called 'spam' click on the "Enable SpamBox" button. If you need to disable Spam Assassin click on the "Disable Spam Assassin" button. You can disable the SpamBox by clicking on the "Disable SpamBox" button. You can configure Spam Assassin by clicking on the "Configure Spam Assassin" button.
