All you have to do is pick a hosting package and complete our sign up process.
- How long before my account is ready to use?
Your account will be ready within 8 hours (usually 1 hour) of signing up. We use this time to research the domain and owner for hosting/spam violations.

- Can I send bulk e-mail?
No, sending bulk e-mail is against our terms of service.
- Can I have an adult site?
No, having an adult site is against our terms of service.
- Can Web Geek Hosting help transfer my domain?

Yes! There is no extra charge or commitment to pay on a monthly interval.

- Can I run any message board?
No, Web Geek Hosting does not allow the following message boards;
Ultimate BBS (all versions)
Ikonboard (all versions)
Yet Another Bulletin Board (YaBB)
Any other message board can be used. Please see our terms of service for more information.
- Need help with your control panel?
No problem! Click here we have put together some web pages that explain how to use your control panel.
- How do I upgrade my hosting package?
All you have to do is go to our hosting package upgrade page and select your new package. Your PayPal subscription will be modified (your price change will not take effect till your next billing period) to reflect your new package.
- How do I create a new email account?
Login to your account and click on mail menu. Next find add/remove accounts and click on it. At the bottom of the page you will see a link to add account click on that. Now all you have to do is fillout the username and password fields. Click on the create button to create the new account.
- How do I setup my email client?
When your client prompts you for your pop3 & smtp server use mail.yourdomain.com for the address. When prompted for the username use username+yourdomain.com
- How do I access my website control panel?
To access your control panel just type the following into your web browser http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel and when prompted for the username and password use the ones that you received from us when your account was created.
- What happens if I go over my bandwidth limit?
Because we offer no contract and allow clients to pay month to month your account will be suspended if your limit is reached. If you do prove to be a reliable client we can offer you a plan where your account will not be disabled and you will be charged the following for going over your limit.

- How do I change my domain name servers (DNS)?
Easy! Just click here we put together a page that will guide you right through the process!
- How do I check my web site statistics?
Login to your control panel and click on tools. Next click on Web/Ftp Stats. From here you have a few different options. You can view the last 30 visitors by clicking on latest visitors or view details stats for your site by clicking on Webalizer. Once you are in the Webalizer page you can click on any month you have statistics for to get more details.
- How do I check my sub domain(s) statistics?
Login to your control panel and click on account settings. Next click on sub domain stats. From here you have a list of all the sub domains you have configured. Click on the sub domain you are interested in to view the details.
